Full faith moving service

These are the best movers I’ve had. They went way above expectations. So helpful and kind. If I ever had to move again, Full Faith moving would be my first choice.

The actual movers that were sent were great! However there was a miscommunication. They called a couple days before saying they could do the job if it was at 10 am and I should confirm that my ubox will be available. I called and confirmed that it would be. The day of the movers arrive and ask where the box is. I thought they were delivering it, but figured I must have been wrong. They said they could pick it up for an extra $60. I called U-Haul and they confirmed I do not owe extra money and I had already paid for them to deliver. When I told the owner that, he then proceeded to say I told the receptionist that it would be delivered and basically acted like it was my fault. I had booked fully online and told them the box would be available at 10 am. The contract said deliver and load. I felt that accusing me was unprofessional.
