I had no problem with the move itself. My movers worked hard and got the job done. However, I reserved 4 movers for 3 hours and was delivered only 2 for 4 and a half hours. Again, not a huge problem if I only paid for what I was provided. They got the job done even if if took nearly two hours longer than contracted. My problem that the mover provided 9 hours as opposed to the 12 I paid for, and refused to refund the difference. Had I known this was the policy, I would have grossly underestimated the number of hours needed and paid for that. I also reserved a morning appointment and was moved to afternoon because the mover was double booked. Unfortunately due to the payment dispute, I cannot recommend this mover.
