There was a minor miscommunications about where to meet to load but that was mostly on me. The team of two was hard working, courteous but not overly formal. I was quite comfortable working with the two gentlemen. And since I under estimated how long it would take to do the total move I was happy that they could add an additional hour to the allotted time. (I tipped them personally, unaware that I could do it online.)
