My only concern was with the communication. I got 1 text on the day of my booking the was 1 word. 'Confirmed' Moving is stressful. I called them 3 times but it went straight to voice mail and they never called back. It would have been nice to have received a phone call or text the day before the move or even the morning of. I actually spent my morning arranging a back up plan. John arrived and he was efficient, quick and professional. His partner was on his phone talking about a party or social event that he didn't want to be late to. At one point he told me that his boss said that everything was supposed to be in one room. I paid for 2 hours of help. The move took less then 45 minutes but this guy acted like I was a bother. I'd use Perrys again if communication is improved and if they hire more guys like John

I underestimated the size I needed for the u-haul and that was disappointing so my things didn’t get loaded up completely, that was on me. However it didn’t help that the movers weren’t optimistic at all. We kept having to ask if they could try to fit more things while there was visibly more space. Appreciate keeping it realistic but there was no drive or ‘’we’ll do the best we can’’ type of attitude. I needed them to play Tetris! Lol. Not horrible but not the best.
