Poor communication On time Too slow and charged an extra hour on packing day and again on loading day Several items scratched Did not blank wrap the one item I requested was important Fo not recommend for major moves!

Communication poor, on time but slow to pack & charged an extra hour for 3 men to pack only three rooms. Not experienced enough with packing! Fragile items limited packing material & overage on less breakable items. Would not hire again!

The two movers were exceptional. They had ideas that helped us when we ran into problems. They were respectful of our items. They worked constantly. They loaded and unloaded my items. The scheduling was a little difficult. I could not get answers about the move before hand. I was called the night before the move and asked what was needed (information I all ready had given). The morning of the move the movers called and from there, everything went smoothly. I will use this company again. I hope all their movers are as great as the ones who moved us.
