UBox was not loaded thoughtfully- seemed very haphazard, with some items stacked in a way that didn't look like it would travel well. When I pointed this out, I was told the items would not shift or move- they definitely did, and some items were damaged upon delivery to my final destination. Furniture blankets were also not used, despite them being in the UBox. This could have prevented some damage from furniture being stacked directly on top of each other. I also received pressure from movers to fill out the review immediately. He made it seem like it was required to complete the job and wanted me to fill it out with him standing there. He then asked over the phone and via text for me to fill it out. Considering I had concerns about how the items were loaded, I wanted to wait to see how they arrived before filling out the review. I suspect their reviews are artificially inflated because of this practice. Wish I had spent a bit more $ to get someone who put more care into the job
