Matt and Seth were fantastic! We hired 2 guys for 2 hours and they showed up and did an awesome job. We have heavy bedroom furniture and live on the 3rd floor and they handled everything with no problems. Would definitely use this company again!

These guys saved us!! After waking up hurting from loading our own truck and driving the entire day before, there was no way we'd have been able to unload. Matthew and Seth were here within under an hour of booking. Matt was so helpful and nice over the phone beforehand. And they unloaded our packed truck in under 2 hours!! So nice and professional. They seriously saved our day! We'd absolutely use them again. Thank you thank you!

STAY AWAY! JUNE 2025. I requested 2 helpers for 4 hours and got 3 helpers for 2 hours for my move on 06.27.2025. I was charged the full amount, and have tried at least 4 times to contact Jones and Sons to settle the charge difference and I have yet to receive an email or call back. 2. The Movers broke my behind toilet cabinet & kitchen pantry. When filing a claim, they denied liability. The movers denied liability! Absolutely insane because when they were moving the items they clearly broke them they looked at me and I said 'just toss it, it's broken' and they looked at me like I had 3 heads. I have pictures and trying to file a claim for this has been a nightmare. Do not purchase SafeLoad Coverage, it is a scam and the movers have the option to 'deny liability' and once they do that your claim is closed. Do not work with Jones & Sons, you will regret it immediately by getting overcharged, ignored, and lied to when the job is done.
