Worst ever. After repeated calls I got one person for one hour at eight o'clock at night. They were supposed to be here at three o'clock. I had almost the entire 26 foot Uhaul unloaded by then and had to help him unload the large items that were too big for one person. I'm 63 years old and was completely exhausted and spent after helping unload large items after spending seven hours unloading by myself. Had to call it quits at nine o'clock and finish unloading by myself the next morning. They still charged me for two people for two hours although I had one for one hour that I had to help anyway. I gave one star ratings only because there's not an option to give zero. They should not even be listed on the Uhaul app because they are worthless. Also had to pay an extra forty dollars because the truck didn't get returned that day. Worst company ever. Do not hire this company ever.

Pack and Move was a neglectful moving company. One of the movers appeared to have some experience while the second was doing this job for the first time. We provided moving blankets to pad our furniture but they rushed through the process and left our furniture unprotected. Our walls were scratched and drywall was chipped. One spot has a huge chunk of drywall missing and multiple corners have been chipped away due to their negligence. They also dented and scratched our freezer. The worse and most pricey repair will be our broken step! They rushed a heavy dresser up the stairs on a dolly without straps. The dresser bounced up the stairs until it gained enough momentum to slam our stair’s step. I’ve tried to reach out to the moving company but they’ve ignored my messages. I’ve had to escalate through Uhaul moving help to try to find some form of compensation. I would avoid this company at all cost. No professionalism or sense of responsibility
