I hired this company through the u haul app to unload my u boxes. I contacted them ahead of time to ask if they would be able to assemble my bed. They said it would be an extra $40, to which I agreed. I paid them the $40 and tipped them $75. This has been a horrible experience. They had no clue how to reassemble the bed. They charged me another $150 and the bed frame is ruined. They had no experience in putting furniture together and should have never accepted and charged be $150. Horrible and expensive experience with no resolve from them !

The movers were very responsive and I was able to book them the day prior. They loaded the items into my U-Box.
