We are an expanding moving company focused on customer satisfaction. Our duties include wrapping, packing, unpacking, assembly, loading, unloading, and driving. We do cleanouts as well. We strive to provide the best customer service possible. We will move anything, even if it's just one thing.
Mover showed up without any help, he gave us a bad story about his help, sounded like he knew his help was never coming before he came. Showed up in a Uber car with no moving equipment or moving straps, thankfully we provided everything for the move, and this was the owner of his business. My husband and I had to help him move everything, we both have bad backs and is why we hired him for his services. We even had to pay for extra hours it took for the move, which I feel if we had 2 men it wouldn’t of never took as long. My furniture was so damaged from poor packing placing and loading on truck, we supplied blankets that was never used to cushion and protect the furniture during transport. We even spent the time to have all the furniture shrink wrapped in hopes to give some protection before he arrived. Heavy wood table damaged Beyond repair, metal barstool broke in several place. Owner took no responsibility for any damage and was very unprofessional. Please beware of this Company!
