Multiple items were broken due to being improperly stacked — as confirmed by our movers unloading the boxes. They left suddenly in the middle of the job and were not communicative about when they’d return.

I made a 2 mover-2hour reservation for packing up a U-box for a cross-country move. 3 movers showed up for the job and they finished everything in a little over an hour! I really appreciate them doing magic with fitting my boxes and furniture pieces into the small space of U-box! One thing I wish that could have gone better was the wrapping of my furniture. However everything did arrive in good condition!
