Josh was great about communicating with me pre-move and day of. He and his team were efficient and great about some of my requests (specific boxes in front vs back), even if that wasn't as conducive to their game of tetris in the box. 100 percent would recommend and use again

I spoke with Josh to set up the move and that went well, there was 3 guys and i only ordered 2 so that was a plus but 2 of the 3 were about 20 minutes late. Nice guys but did not pay attention to my request ( all i asked was that pads were used to minimalize scratches)and scratched my furniture, scratched my floor and my wall, dragged my couch cause it was dirty as hell. i filed a complaint and have not received any responses from the company. I left a tip prior to realizing all the damages because i really felt they were nice but that had no care or concern for my property. This was discovered as i started to move things and unpack. My biggest issue is my dinning room table and my tv console; these are pieces that will be very hard to repair (if at all) and the dirt on my vegan leather sofa will cost me to clean.
