Movers did not use furniture pads that were provided, some minor damage to items, and packing of truck was not completed with utilizing all available space.

From start to finish, this team was a pleasure to work with. They were incredibly communicative on moving day, keeping me in the loop and going above and beyond the day of my move. When the U-Haul I had reserved wasn’t there, they immediately jumped in and helped me find another one. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and were genuinely kind and accommodating throughout the entire process. Nothing felt rushed, no request felt like a burden, and their calm, kind energy made a stressful day better. If you’re looking for movers who are reliable and friendly, they've got you covered! Make sure you call ahead to clarify if they cover both the area you're moving out of and the area you're moving into, or you will have quite the shock on moving day.
