Avoid this company. Very UNPROFESSIONAL and CARELESS. 1. The two people don’t have the basic knowledge and skill of moving. They spend more time chatting with each other rather than actually working. One small elevator cabin takes them an hour to load and unload. We have a 1 bedroom apartment and it takes them 3 hours to load. Comparing with my previous moving experience half a year ago, the exact same stuff took 1.5 hours to load and 1.5 hours to unload. They are not professional movers at all. They don’t even know how to use furniture pad to buffer between furniture and truck wall. They are so don’t know how to load the truck. They just spread everything on the truck floor and couldn’t figure out a way to load more stuff when the second elevator came down. Finally i and my father did all the re-arranging and loading while they standing by the truck watching us working. At 4 pm, they didn’t even start unloading. it came the rain and they asked to add hours. AVOID THESE PEOPLE
