I love these guys, they were awesome. They helped me on a Saturday afternoon without me giving them much notice. The adjusted their own schedule to accommodate my needs. They arrived on time and didn’t waste anytime getting busy. I had a heavy bedroom set that needed to come down the staircase from hell, they did it effortlessly. They asked questions and never assumed things. Amazing personalities. They were so great that my brother even noticed their work ethics and was extremely happy with them. He is going to use them in the near future himself. Anyway I could go on and on about how this was a great experience and I generally don’t like people too much so this says a lot! Hire them and see for yourself.

M.O.M Movers Ona Mission were excellent. They came on time, worked hard, and were pleasant throughout despite a difficult move to the third floor up a very narrow staircase. I highly recommend them.

Overall the move was fine with the exception of my headboard. That got banged up and the screws were torn out of my headboard and scratched up the wood leaving tears in the wood and the original screws would no longer work. I had to provide alternative screws which is frustrating because the originals have been through a few moves with no issues. I found the screws in the floor along with a few shreds of the headboard and that's how I figured out that the headboard had been damaged. The footboard was installed upside down and I had to oversee the bed assembly because I think it was challenging for them at times. My biggest issue was my headboard getting scratched with no suggestion of recourse or resolution. I used We Move, another company and they were able to assemble and disassemble my bed in a few settings with no damage done.
