I’ll start by saying the two guys who came to help me were awesome. I give them 5 stars. They busted their backs getting my truck loaded and took no breaks. The company itself on the other hand is not great. I tried calling them more than 10 times over the course of a month in order to try and set up my move, no call back, they sent the movers early, and then wanted me to pay and extra two hours for no reason and it was impossible to get anyone on the phone or anything. They just left their crew out there to figure it out. Whoever owns this company needs to quit being greedy and outsourcing labor to apps that don’t work. Just hire someone to answer the phone and break bread with your employees.
