Initially there were some miscommunication issues regarding a delay, but they were addressed quickly and professionally. The two men that helped us move had to deal with several sets of stairs on a hot day (and my barking dog), but they were both very polite and worked quickly and efficiently. I'd recommend them.

Booked for a Saturday morning at 9am. They called the day before asking to do 10-11a to which I said fine. At 10a on Saturday the guy called me and said he had a call off and the next help wouldn’t be available until 130. I said that won’t work and we need someone here in the morning as we have a long drive ahead of us. Someone should up at noon with NO PARTNER. He said that he was waiting for someone and that his phone died so he had to use my boyfriends. It’s 130 and still no one. We just started finish loading ourselves because at that point it was just large furniture. He saw us working on it and decided to come help with 5 pieces of furniture and then left. Would not use again, super unprofessional. The guy I booked with (not the person who showed up) didn’t even answer the phone. I booked for two hours for two people and got 1 guy and 45 min of work.
