Great experience with Leighton and his crew. He even took little details into account like not calling me until later because I said I wasn’t a morning person. He learned all of our names quickly and joked around with us which helped to lighten the mood (or should I say Leighton the mood, lol) on what was a stressful day. Frequent communication both before and after the move- recommend 100 percent! (Tips given in cash day of move)

Layton & Sean were fantastic. They were friendly, punctual and willing to work. When Layton made his initial contact he said he had other moves on Wednesday that were booked months in advance, but wanted to help us, but had to stick with the timeline. We told him that we put in for 4 hours because the furniture to be moved was in the back of the storage unit so time would be needed to access it. He asked us to meet an hour earlier than originally scheduled. In the meantime, we didn't want to risk running out of time so on Monday night we completely rearranged the storage unit and had the 6 pieces needed out in front so it was easy pick up and go. We even had 2 pieces on the truck when he arrived. My issue is that we only used 2 of the 4 hours requested and were told by Layton that he couldn't change it; we were charged the 4 hours. He said the company controls it. In my opinion, we should only have been charged for the time we actually used.
