There was a miscommunication about the moving company as I thought I was hiring a moving company and not just 2 individuals to move items. The moving company did not provide their own truck or moving supplies. Multiple items were damaged in the move due to not having the proper equipment. The movers were professional and personable just not properly equipted with the right supplies. A tip was already provided to the movers as i felt it was not their fault for the miscommunication.
