The guys that showed up were nice, but not experienced in moving as I hoped. We ended up with some damaged furniture from how the truck was packed. Also scratched floors from dragging containers. I have used uhaul for moving help multiple times and this is the first time I have had this experience.

Absolutely the best movers, very fast, very caring and careful. Moved me during a storm and was on time, didn’t ruin furniture or walls! Even moved my junk in spare time. Went over and above! Very professional and all my neighbors asked who they were and wanted to use them. Theses guys definitely made my move seem less. All the belongings were handled with care and attention to detail. They went over and above to make sure the floors were never scratched. I can’t believe they fit everything in one truck. They were great Packers. I would definitely hire these guys again and refer them to everyone I know.

When the movers showed up, there was a strong smell of weed from one of the movers. The smell lingered in the basement after the movers left. I was concerned that one of the movers was stoned based on the lead movers instructions to him. I was asked how to take apart my bed. In the past other movers set it up and reassembled it with ease. They taped pieces and parts when they unassembled the parts to the bed so it was easy to put them back together and items did not get lost. Part of my bed frame was propped up against the truck and I watched them fall to the ground when the men were in the truck. It scratched both slats, which was disappointing as this is not the first move I have been through and everything was intact and not damaged. Overall I have had better moving experiences from We Move, another company. Nothing was scratched or bent and the men have moved me in and out of a couple places and my items were handled and wrapped with care.
