I had booked moving help with another company. They never showed up. No phone call, No email, and no voicemail was left by anyone. I called U-Hall to find out what happened and to book help as needed to empty a 26 foot truck. I booked Mat & his team at the last minute. They were amazing. Showed up on time. Got the job done!! They arrived late on both days, over an hour and a half on the unload day. They were generally disrespectful and and had little to no respect for the belongings of the people they are moving. They were unkind and complained the entire time they were loading the truck, they didn't use the moving pads that were provided until they were asked to do so, then complained about being told how to do their job, they were slower than any other mover I have ever hired and damaged property. they were standing on furniture in the truck, laying boxes on top of finished wood furniture without any care or concern that they may have damaged anything. I have damaged appliances, footprints on leather furniture from where they kicked it into place and then stood on it to load other items. The best thing I can say is they showed up.

I was not very impressed that these guys were 3 hours late arriving . They had communicated with me by email that they would meet me at 730 am ... I attempted to call them several times and email them when they were not there . He finally called me at 9 am stating he would be here in 20 minutes but still did not arrive until 1015 ! As frustrating as this was The two men were friendly and did move my furniture without anything becoming damaged. I would not rebook them though.
