The movers were polite but didn’t provide satisfactory service. They called to say they would be an hour late, which is understandable. I proceeded to load and transport some items myself before they arrived as I had a time constraint on my truck rental. The movers ended up showing up on time and waited for me to return from my trip, all the while charging me for that time. If I knew they would be on time, I would not have left with the truck. The movers had zero equipment, no gloves, no straps, no dolly. Luckily I was able to provide equipment, but without gloves all of my stainless appliances were covered in handprints. My dining table, kitchen tiles and bedroom wall were all damaged. The movers had no urgency, often standing around waiting for step by step direction and requiring constant oversight to ensure work was being done. They took their time and then ended up charging me overtime (and charged&refunded my card 4 times causing it to lock). I would not use their service again.
