One of two movers didn’t show up. The company didn’t contact me to apologize, offer to send a second mover, or even offer a partial refund. I had to follow up several times about a partial refund, to which they initially told me I’m not eligible for one. They told me I agreed to pay the 1 mover double to make up for the 2nd mover that didn’t show - which I did not agree to at all, especially because I had to have friends come and help to make up for the 2nd mover. After arguing with them for 30 mins, they agreed to refund me 30 percent of what I paid, but refused to refund me 50 percent despite only providing 50 percent of their service. I do not recommend this company. I do not feel they are reliable, and I found it very unprofessional that I had to follow up multiple times and fight for a partial refund.

the guys were great help! We underestimated the time needed and they were willing to stay extra to help us out last minute. They were knowledgeable on packing the truck which was great

Crew was right on time and ready to work. They worked diligently and were polite, always asking if they weren't sure about something. Speed of work was good, some minor damage due to inattentiveness but nothing major was damaged.
