I would have given a 5 star review but at the end of the job and after giving a 40 dollar tip , I had a difficult time connecting to the internet to get the payment code which I thought wouldn’t be necessary since my credit card was already debited. U-haul support did not help. Kept trying to get me to get to the Internet. and movers wouldn’t do anything other than wait until I authorized another $120 for being a few minutes over the two hour period. This way they got the tip plus pay for another hours worth of work. Very frustrating. Last time my moving help didn’t show up at all.

He was close to 45 minutes late after I mentioned we need to get on the road to drive for the next 8 hours. We had already packed half the the truck so by the time he got there he only spent a half hour helping us. Total waste of two hours worth of money. Very unprofessional and inconvenient.
