Joel went above and beyond to make my move as smooth as possible. The rest of the crew was professional, but lacked Joel's sense of urgency and efficiency. I was also surprised to learn there were additional charges for items weighing over 200 pounds. This was not disclosed in the Uhaul Moving Help contract or listing.

Very accommodating with multiple locations. Joel was outstanding and went above and beyond to accommodate my every need. His support team was professional but not as proactive in trying to get things moved in the most efficient manner. I was also surprised that there was an up charge for items over 200 lbs. This was not stipulated in the description or in the contract with UHaul.
