Needed to be more careful moving mattresses. They ripped the mattress bag, and the mattress got dirty on on side where it didn't have plastic bag protection.

The crew that arrived were well intentioned but showed up two hours late after repeated attempts to contact the dispatcher. Once they arrived, they did not have any moving equipment with them and had to do most everything by hand. The two movers that showed up were professional but clearly did not have much experience and we had to re-pack the back of the trailer once they left to get our stuff in. I would avoid this company if you have other, reasonably priced options.
