First, these guys were amazing at getting my furniture out of a tricky 3rd floor situation, and the creative way they moved out my box spring was truly incredible! I really didn't think everything would be able to fit, but they made it work and I'm extremely grateful. I did appreciate that the movers arrived a half hour early, but it was also stressful because my truck rental was giving me trouble and that meant the movers had to wait even longer, and I felt bad about that. Danielle went above and beyond to get my details confirmed and to help me add on a third mover for this difficult job. I appreciate her working past regular work hours on my behalf! Overall, the Quality Guys were great and I would hire them again, and recommend them to others!
