Thrilled with the service we received. They got to work right away and got it done quickly. We had paid for two hours, but it only took them a bit longer than two.handled stuff with care. They arrived late due to their first job running over, but they kept us informed and we appreciated that. Will definitely use them again, and highly recommend to anyone looking for great service. If I had to list one thing that they could do to improve, it would be to give us a confirmation call or text the day before. Having booked them several weeks before we needed them, it would have offered some peace of mind to know they were still coming. I guess we could have called them, but we didn’t. All in all, very happy!

The only downside was that my appointment was scheduled for 9am and they did not arrive until 12pm due to a move they needed to complete the day before. Usually this would not have been a huge issue but it caused issues with me being available for my unloaders in Charlotte.
