The scheduled time for unloading with 2 unloaders was at 430 but after several calls and text messages to the owner her finally showed up at 615 by himself. He said his crew was in another city and could not come to help which meant that my husband had no choice but to assist him in unloading the UHaul truck. So not only was he almost 2 hours late one unloader he did not offer a discount or anything so we ended up paying the full amount. We always look for ways to support local businesses but Needless to say we will no be using these services again. Very disappointing.

The guys were even willing to connect my washer and dryer. I had to tell them that I was going to take care of that by myself. They did a great job
