Showed up two hours late, could not move furniture because it was too heavy. They were nice enough at first. It took twice as long as it should have. We only had three pieces of furniture 3 boxes, some bags of clothes, and a few other small items. I hired them for 2 hours it took over 3 hours. It shouldn’t have taken more than 2. They were not equipped to move anything over 50 pounds. My son had to do all of the heavy lifting as they were not capable. Then to add further insult they requested 2 additional hours. They didn’t complete the move and threatened me that they were going to come back to my house to collect their money. Which they did. I felt unsafe so gave them $100 extra to make them go away. They followed my son to the dump and told him they were going to get their money. It was dangerous, sloppy, and an extremely frustrating experience.

The company initially called to confirm the move. When I needed to call them back, they probably return the call. The labor arrived early and communicated that to us. They were good.
