The load went ok... Tried to claim we were only reserved for a load but we were booked for both and had proof to that. Then the lead struck an attitude when I showed him and said 'that wasn't what I said on the phone', (When I had to call to set up an arrival time because they never called) when it certainly was. He then walked away mid-convo and yelled 'just text me the address'. I texted him the address and after a few minutes they just started unloading things in the garage instead of taking them in the house, causing my kids to have to do 90 of the move in. He then said he 'did me a favor by doing the unload too' and they were not going to take the washer & dryer up the stairs for us unless we paid them $200 more dollars. My husband has had back surgery & I have scoliosis & bone loss, this is not something we could do and why we paid for movers in the first place. They also broke my work monitor by making it fly off the counter. W&D were selected on UHAUL and TOLD over the phone.

Adyn and Chris were amazing! They jumped right in working the minute they pulled in. After the truck was unloaded they even asked if there was anything else they could do to help. They definitely went above and beyond. So grateful that we found them!
