These movers were extremely nice but the communication was horrible. They won't call you back and they always have a reason (phone battery dead, got a new phone, etc.) They arrived 1.5 hours late. I don't feel like they were equipped to handle my move. They struggled with my furniture and ended up damaging it and causing severe damage to my floor. I watched them push a very heavy piece of furniture across my floor and scratch the floor. The mover had to take one guy home after he loaded the truck and he had to go pick up another helper and this made him 1 hour late arriving to unload. I was extremely disappointed and would not use them again. It would be better to pay a little more and get a professional so you won't end up with damages.

Adrienne and his team did an excellent job. Great communication leading up to the move, arrived on time, worked hard and got us moved in! Would definitely use them again!
