Prince and Ese were amazing !! I scheduled for 2 hours of help and they moved everything I needed them to in a hour. I will use them everytime I need help moving from here on out!

Mack & Dejuntay were very awesome workers. They worked steadily & they consulted me on the typed me on the type of service I was looking for which made the work service flow very easy. I truly would use these 2 workers again & I highly recommend them. There tip will be given today (Friday).

We paid for 5 hours and they only needed 3. When contacted to get the refund, we were told it was out of their hands. U-Haul customer service stated the provider could give us the refund. They just chose not to.

Communication was great, and it started out promising, but the helpers gave up half way through. The loading job was a mess--we had to repack the truck and finish loading ourselves (after they claimed to be finished). Afterwards, I was contacted multiple times regarding a tip.

Mack and Youssef were AMAZING!! We had a delay picking up the U-Haul which caused us to start 39 minutes late. They still was complete in my 4 hour window!!!!!! They handled my items with care & put everything where I wanted it. I will definitely use them again!
