Deland and crew are hard workers and got us loaded quickly once they got here (he did a great job packing the U-Box to ensure everything fit & was secure). Communication was responsive once I called, but text or email not responsive. We had a bit of a delay to our start due to their prior moving being delayed due to Uhaul mis-booking it as a load only when it was a load and unload, weather delays and Uhaul sending them 40+ minutes away to pickup our boxes vs using our local Uhaul 2 miles away.

The owner or boss was great as well as some of the other movers , being careful with new walls & floors. Some of the workers didn’t have the same level of care. Scratches were made to walls and paint. They were helpful in moving and accommodating requests though.
