Prestigious Moving Services

We used Prestigious for unloading our moving truck. Overall they were helpful, but not nearly as good or experienced as the people who packed the truck. We gave them a quick tour of the house when they arrived and we told them we only needed help with the furniture and moving things upstairs. They kept trying to take the light stuff instead even though we were moving those items off the trucks ourselves. We also do not smoke in our house and had to ask one of the guys not to light a cigarette in the garage. Overall okay, but I would not book them again.

We were grateful that the movers were able to come on the same day we called. We tipped the movers before we saw how they had loaded the truck because we were grateful for their help. They were friendly and worked fast. However, we discovered after they left that they had done a poor job of loading the truck. When we arrived at our destination and unloaded there was a lot of damage due to improper loading into the truck. i.e. heavy items on top of fragile items. We are starting a claim for damages.
