No contact prior to move, 2 contacts provided that did not answer. Movers missed my morning reservation, rescheduled for noon. One mover showed up on time, the other an hour late. After unloading for 45 minutes the movers took 10 minute breaks each time a box was brought in extending the time needed to unload. By this time, less than one third of the truck was unloaded. The movers would not unload anything else until an additional hour was added and approved.

Tip was provided by Nicole. We discussed this over the phone because we had arranged for 4 hours but due to circumstances beyond our control that changed and only needed 3 hours so Nicole split my 4th hour with the crew as a tip.
