Zach was a great help with this move, and we will be using him again with the next box. U-Haul is very confusing on what is involved and what they really do. He explained everything that his company does and can do. U-Haul really messed up the delivery schedule where we should have had it delivered on Thursday but wasn't going to arrive until Saturday. Zach had it in my driveway Friday afternoon. This was a great help seeing I had family fly in for the weekend. Thank you, Nox moving for everything Bill
