The company sent us a couple reminder emails about our reservation which we appreciated. Chuck called us to let us know he would be 5 minutes late and that was nice of him! He and his 2 men were polite and professional. Thank you, KO for making our move much easier on us!! (We tipped in cash)

Had KO help unload a U-Haul, to cut straight to the chase, the guys showed up a little later than scheduled, nothing insane but being a very punctual person it got under my skin. They didn’t do a terrible job unloading. Took more than a few breaks in the three hours they were here, I had to pay for another hour because we went over our time, had they been on time and not had taken quite so many breaks the job could have been done in less than three hours. Loads the truck with a two person team took 2 hours and 15 minutes. We have a 2000$ Casper mattress that ended up touching the mud we are upset about that.
