Terrible, inexperienced. Boss confirmed 8am the day before, at 1 in the morning, yes, 1 am, said would be here at 9-10am. Called again at 10;30, claimed he had fever but was gonna try to find someone else. Help got lost, only showed up at 3;30pm. No equipment. I had a dolly, they didnt know how to use, so carried one box at a time while other guy waited to hand him another. The speed they were working certailny was NOT worth the $150 an hour. I had a deadline and they were not going to meet it. They left an hour early, and the boss said to give them the code and get the $150 for the hour back from Uhaul, but Uhaul says that once the code is given, it is out of their hands. This was never made clear and I feel ripped off. You don’t stand behind the service you recommend and wont intervene. I tried to lodge a complain with the company, but they do not reply. They are dishonest, and I was robbed with no recourse. Uhaul should do better.

I had to call him. He didn’t call me. They came a little late but not too bad. They worked hard and fit most everything in the truck but jam packed it. We had to leave some stuff behind. When we got to our destination many, many items were scratched up. We wrapped most everything but some chairs we had them pack we gave them blankets for and they were in terrible shape when we arrived at our new home. Don’t feel that was very professional.
