Lundi's Keep It Moving

I had a very disappointing experience with this moving company. What should have been a simple move of just a few items ended up taking over two hours due to poor communication and lack of preparation. The biggest part of my move involved two bed frames, which I clearly mentioned beforehand. The movers arrived without tools and didn’t tell me until they were leaving that they don’t take down bed frames. That should have been communicated upfront. When I called the office for help, the customer service representative was rude and tried to put the blame on me for not specifying they needed to be taken down, something you’d think a moving company would ask automatically. The movers themselves were kind and professional, but the office needs serious improvement in how they communicate, treat customers, and provide accurate information about their services. I would not recommend this company until they address these issues.

YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR This is the second time I hired Lundis since I was trying to save money! I regret hiring them for a second time! The first time I moved from an hour away and the team who loaded my truck was amazing however I hired Lundis to unload in my new town! The two men they sent didn't break anything but one of them did make a hole in my door and I had to pay for that before moving out! The second time I packed everything as I did the first time and this time my television was broken, several dishes and glasses were broken. All of my dishes were in plastic containers that are sturdier then cardboard boxes and yet they still managed to load all on my delicate stuff like my tv and dish containers and still break everything. When I called to ask how to file a claim I was told by Brittany the receptionist that it’s suspicious that these things happened to me and she also indicated that things break all the time during moves!!!! Basically blowing me off and super rude!
