Boxed Up was scheduled to perform a 4 hour move for me starting at 2pm. I received a text 5 minutes before they were supposed to arrive saying that they were still on another job and would be late, with no ETA. When I inquired further, I was told that it should be by 4 at the latest but maybe 3. This text came at 230pm, however I find out later that they were in Franklin (My move was in Hendersonville) with absolutely no chance of getting here by 3, and 4 would have been pushing even if they left then. They did not all arrive until 530. I would have appreciated more of a heads up that they were going to be late, and an honest estimate of when they would actually arrive. I’m sure it was clear earlier in the day, possibly the day prior that they would not make it by 2pm, if they know they would be in Franklin prior. The reason for my 3 star rating is that they did show up and worked until 930, when others may have cancelled. But their late arrival put us in a very difficult situation.
