My husband and I were very impressed with Denzler and his team especially since we booked an appointment with them only three days prior. Communication was great; our U-boxes were unloaded on time, efficiently, and with care; and the guys were friendly and took direction well. We appreciated working with a veteran (Denzler) whose work ethic and leadership skills shone throughout the appointment. We'd definitely hire them again!

Had used the company before for an unload and was great, for this last load requested the same crew but got a different set of people. This group was just in a rush and didn’t care how they unloaded just to get it done fast. Placed items in the wrong location, scraped furniture across the uhaul floor. So now have some scrapped up furniture and they put furniture in the garage that was obviously meant for the house. So I then have had to move stuff around to it’s prober place.

Would suggest either uhaul or movers direct the customer to web page describing the. Extra charges such as loading of Safe's.
