I had to have my husband help them redirect the stuff into the storage unit because there was more than enough room to not only leave like a space to walk in and out but not to stack stuff on top of the other. Not only that the way they move my stuff they put some of the stuff some of the boxes that were labeled fragile underneath heavy stuff and then they broke a few of my things so I am not at all happy and I will never recommend them and I had paid them for 3 hours they left within an hour after just shoving everything into the storage unit. They didn't even have any type of equipment with them to move some of the furniture no dollies and the young child that was beginning to tell me that he's been doing this since he was 14 thought he could probably move the appliances off the truck without the use of a ramp. I think not only is that stupid but that is highly dangerous and after my husband and the other gentleman talked to him they were able to pull down the ramp like I told him to

I wished they had much earlier hours available. They were pretty careful but I did have a couple of things get scuffed. But they moved a whole bunch of items so Im not bothered by the couple minor scuffs. They finished swiftly. They worked very hard

Matt, James, Terrence, and Josh came out to move my piano from West Hills to Fountain City. The team worked very well together and with good care as they loaded the instrument into my rental truck, at which point half the team was dismissed, and the other half finished my move. The crew was quite efficient and friendly to work with.

Matt, James, Terrence, and Josh came out to move my piano down 3 flights of stairs. Two men on this crew had moved this same piano up these stairs about month and a half ago and experienced some difficulties (including an injured back), and yet the team had an outstanding attitude coming a second time. Their teamwork was admirable, and they moved the piano down very gently and very quickly.
