The ‘leader’ told us it was his second day on the job and he had no experience. The ‘second in command’ however seemed very knowledgeable and was extremely polite. ‘Leader’ used foul language in front of my wife and I - which is what it is - it was just a little shocking and unprofessional. They dropped one couch (brand new $2300 love seat pullout) in the mud. We were able to get the stain out by renting an upholstery cleaner with our own money ($39.99 for 24 hour rental). Other than those things they were fine. It’s not rocket science but I am disappointed they sent a newbie to us. The smaller, quiet guy should have been the leader as he had better manners and interpersonal skills.

Movers did not seem experienced. They where going to leave with the first pod not even half full. They seem to have know moving experience. I'm 60 years old. I had to constantly manage the movers because they seem to have no experience.

The two toumg.nem had a big task loading a 20ft truck and 2 u boxes. They did a good job

They sent a crew of two for a 20 ft ttuck and two U boxes. Needed four, may have been error on uhaul part. The two young men did a good job overall

Communication was excellent. I would say professionalism needs some improvement. The 2 guys that showed up were nice enough. However- they were not wearing any kind of company shirt, and drove up in a vehicle that looked like it should not have even been on the road. They tried to get me to sign a contract AFTER they completed the job that basically says they are not responsible for ANY damage that occurred during the move. And that, if you file a claim against them- they will only pay out .60 cents per pound of damages (if i remember it correctly).... it was laughable. I did not sign it, even tho I did not see any damage during the move.
