Caught owner in several lies. Besides 45 minutes no show, attempting to call him but was ignored, U-haul got a hold of the owner and he stated was on another job, couldn't answer phone and will be there within next hour and 15 minutes. Scheduled time was 10am, only 1 person showed up at two-thirty pm. I was assured multiple time other guy was on the way. I didn't want the couch moved til 2nd person was there, after an hour into loading heavy furniture, he said he had to do it himself. He damaged my new sleeper sofa after it was stuck through the door, knocking out brackets leg screws go into. The sofa was ripped, had paint from door frame and tears from guy shoving it through the doorframe and getting it stuck. The 1970s coffee table from my grandma was damaged. I wasn't satisfied due to 1 worker when I hired 2, owner made statement the guy did work of 2 guys and everything wasn't loaded. I had to get additional help load stuff he claim wouldn't fit. very unprofessional.
