I had a reservation change with my trailer. Called the company to communicate I needed to adjust my window within my pickup window time, they didn’t call me back. Then I got a call from the actual movers they were on their way. When I told them I needed to come 30 minutes later (still within my window time) they said they could because they had a move scheduled (during my 2 hour paid reservation). I then explained they needed to move my things to the lobby to even load. Ended actually getting to me the time I was asking for. Then I mostly moved my things from my unit to the lobby and they loaded the truck. They moved very slow during this move. As someone who has experienced many moves with companies, this has to be my worst experience. On top of the fact, I asked to speak to their boss and I was told ‘we can’t get them and they’re probably sleep’. Still haven’t heard from them and it’s been a few hours since my loading was completed.

The initial moving crew did not show up. I had to contact U-Haul to send an urgent message to the movers. I was promptly called by someone from Greek Life Moving and a different crew was contacted and sent out to me because the original crew was not unreachable. The second moving crew had to drive over an hour to get to me, but they did a great job! The only issue was that they were five hours late, but it wasn’t the crew’s fault. As long as the original moving crew assigned to my job doesn’t get assigned to you, this company will treat you well and do a good job.
