The guys did a good job once they arrived but they were 40 minutes late with no communication. I called when they were 30 minutes late and the person on the phone said the crew was headed my way. I then got a text saying they would arrive in 9 minutes, which was 15 minutes. Then they actually asked

I made a reservation with We Move America Inc and Catfish Moving Company showed up. This was very misleading. Also the movers asked about a tip 5-6 times during the move. A customer shouldn't be pressured to leave a tip. The movers finished an hour early and no refund was given.

Original time of arrive window 9:30 to 10:00Am They called about 9:30 to say they would arrive in 15 min. Which they did. They where very nice. Went right to work. I am getting ready for a home renovation so just need help moving furniture and appliance out of the way. They brought their own dollies
