The movers were fine and they did a good job loading my things. They were also fast and the customer service was good. The only thing I was unhappy about was that they put a hole in my ceiling moving my stuff in and one of the movers came and told me and took a picture and said he would turn it in for a claim but never did.

James showed up on time and said the other mover would be late. Once both movers were there, things got done pretty quick. I haven’t opened the U-Haul to see how good their loading was. It did make me a little nervous that they pushed some nightstands in the truck that might have damaged the feet. Each nightstand probably weighed 5lbs so they weren’t heavy and could’ve been picked up. But mostly they seemed to do a good job. Very friendly and efficient. Tip provided in cash.
