Workers arrived on time .and were very nice But I do feel like they need a little more training. One worker showed up with Nikes on In the rain and in the process of moving my dryer off the U-Haul he slipped fell and dropped my dryer I’m sure it’s broken & he proceeded to hassle me for a tip instead of telling me I could tip through the app . Telling me they took tips not once but twice before I could offer one

The men packed the truck where the space was not utilized efficiently. One of the slats for my king bed was broken. And many unpacked items were put on the truck without questioning whether they should be placed loosely on the truck. Several small items have not been found.
