I do not recommend this company. I was originally optimistic when they confirmed my booking in 24 hours, but they were 1.5 hours late the day of because the time was incorrectly recorded for 8 pm instead of 8 am. They responded quickly when I asked about the delay, explained the situation, and came as soon as they could. My main complaint is the lack of respect they showed our possessions and how poorly they packed our moving van. After the team left and we were loading final odds and ends, I could already see where a desk was snapped in half and one of our mattresses was laid across aggressive pressure points and bent at sharp angles. They smoked while loading the truck which is hazardous to our items and unprofessional. When they struggled to fit in final items, they blamed us for the space not being optimized because we brought down and set aside boxes during their initial delay, and they told us that it messed up their process.
